1. General

By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. La Ravanelle reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Prices are listed in euros and may vary depending on season, stay length, and additional services.

• A 50% deposit  is required to secure a booking and full payment 30 days prior to arrival..

• A 500 Euro cleaning and linen charge is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the arrival date of your stay, but there is no refund of your deposit, except in cases of force majeure.

• For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of booking.  Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g. bank transfer, or as otherwise specified).

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival, but there is no refund on your deposit, except in cases of force majeure.

 

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to treat the property, staff, and surrounding environment with respect.

• Any damage caused during a stay will be charged to the guest.

• The bastide is a private property, and guest numbers must match the confirmed booking.

 

5. Events & Retreats

• Use of the property for events, retreats, or photoshoots must be agreed in writing in advance.

• Additional fees and conditions may apply, including insurance and local permits.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of La Ravanelle or its partners. Content may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

 

7. Privacy & Data

• Any personal data collected through this website (such as booking forms or newsletter sign-ups) will be handled securely and used only for the purposes stated.

• Data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

8. Liability

• La Ravanelle is not responsible for unforeseen events such as weather, travel disruptions, or third-party service failures.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, La Ravanelle disclaims liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during a stay.

 

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
